Our Solutions

Smart Cities

Smart city is a city that uses technology to provide services and solve city problems. A smart city does things like improve transportation and accessibility, improve social services, promote sustainability, and give its citizens a voice. IoT technology is powering the rise of smart cities, transforming everything from traffic management to waste collection. Smart cities use IoT devices such as connected sensors, lights, and meters to collect and analyze data. The cities then use this data to improve infrastructure, public utilities and services, and more.

Sentenance AI enabled IoT Platform

Smart Building

A smart building is the one that applies technology to enable efficient and economical use of resources, while creating a safe and comfortable environment for occupants. A supply chain of smart building starts from smart design, construction, and all the way to operation and demolition. With this, smart building involves a variety of technologies to improve each part of the supply chain of smart building.

Sentenance offers the AI enabled IoT platform with the main aim to redefine the way you manage your building. Sentenance provides both hardware (sensors, nodes, and gateway), and platform. Sentenance will help connect building operations, simplify tasks such as controlling building temperature, security and maintenance through Sentenance platform and mobile application.

Smart Weather Station

Weather condition can affect people and facility management in smart cities significantly. Sentenance provides the most comprehensive weather station that allows users to choose and integrate any air/environmental parameters into the station including PM2.5, rain gauge, noise, VOC, CO, Methane, Ammonia, Hydrogen Sulfide, etc. Sentenance Dashboard will then stream a real-time level of such parameters for users to take appropriate actions.

Smart Wastewater Management

Wastewater management system is an important part of smart cities. IoT technology will help smart cities operators to reduce risks that may exist in sewer networks, water distribution networks, as well as wastewater treatment plants. Sentenance offers a complete set of IoT sensors to measure wastewater quality such as DO, turbidity, pH, water level, water leak, electro-magnetic flowmeter sensor, etc to support management of wastewater system. Users can monitor the wastewater-related parameters real-time through Sentenance dashboard and receive alerts when the wastewater quality exceeds the thresholds.

Smart Facility Management

There are millions of assets in smart cities and these need to be maintained well so that they will not malfunction and break down before they suppose to. Sentenance offers a wide range of IoT wireless sensors as well as indoor tracking technology to help track performance of machine, equipment and assets in smart cities. Sentenance also comes with a robust asset management module where you can register all the assets in the system and conduct facility maintenance here. Importantly, there is a built-in integration between the sensor alerts and asset management tool to facilitate condition-based maintenance. For example, if there is any alert from a machine vibration sensor, a work order from the asset management tool will be sent to a technician.
