Job Description
Our Sales Department is looking for a Channel Manager to join our team. Sentenance serves our customers as an all-in-one IoT and Facility Management platform. Sentenance offer our customers with over 200 different sensor types. We differ from other solution providers as Sentenance allows our customers to choose their own combination of sensors and platform aims for predictive maintenance.
As Sentenance’s Channel Manager, you’ll grow our channel, customers and sales in Thailand and South East Asia (SEA) market. You’ll work closely with a Managing Director and Vice President to establish sales and marketing strategies to penetrate the market including findings local and overseas partners.
This is an urgent position and based in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales and marketing strategies
- Research and identify potential customers
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable a team of channel partners
- Manage channel partners
- Continuously train sales team on company offerings
- Manage relationships with channel partners
- Educate potential customers about the benefits of the product suite
- Set, track, and exceed revenue targets and partner recruitment goals
- Monitor sales and operational results
- Support R&D and share customers/partners’ feedback to improve Sentenance
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a Sales/Channel Manager role
- Experience in IoT, Scada, etc
- Experience in development of sales and marketing strategies in companies of similar business
- Unparalleled presentation and communication skills
- Hardworking and action-oriented
- Commitment to excellence and able to work under pressure
- Able to travel overseas

Our Sales Department is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team. Sentenance serves our customers as an all-in-one IoT and Facility Management platform. Sentenance offer our customers with over 200 different sensor types. As Sentenance’s Sales Engineer, you’ll grow our channel, customers and sales in Thailand and South East Asia (SEA) market. You’ll work closely with a Vice President and Sales Manager to establish sales target and strategies to win the market and expand our customer base.
This is an urgent position and based in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales target and sales strategies
- Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Prepare cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Support R&D and share customers/partners’ feedback to improve Sentenance
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer/Representative role
- Excellent knowledge of IoT devices and platform
- Experience in development of sales and marketing strategies in companies of similar business

Our Operation and Technology Department is looking for a Product Manager to join our team. Sentenance serves our customers as an all-in-one IoT and Facility Management platform. Sentenance offer our customers with over 200 different sensor types. We differ from other solution providers as Sentenance allows our customers to choose their own combination of sensors and platform aims for predictive maintenance.
As Sentenance’s Product Manager, you’ll lead development of our products. You will work closely with a Managing Director, Executive Director, and Vice President to establish product development plan and drive this with time, cost, quality and resources given. An IoT Product Manager is mainly responsible for understanding customer needs and driving the creation of products that satisfy those needs, while bringing value to their company.
This position is based in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and development of a robust and innovative Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem, including defining platform requirements, customer experience (e.g. digital touch points, P&S, service concept) and market strategies
- Leading the product management efforts for IoT services, with responsibility for defining the related product road-map, business plan and product offers as well as developing critical strategies that deliver tangible business results
- Ensure the company’s Internet of Things (IoT) partners’ ecosystem and portfolio and road-maps remain competitive
- Oversee analysis of customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to expand market share
- Manage the lifecycle of new product and service development through launch – opportunity assessment, requirements definition, pricing, competitive analysis, development, and product launch.
- Create a global IoT vision and coordinate the Internet of Things Go-To-Market strategies for new products as well as enhancements of existing products
- Conduct competitive landscaping and identify customer needs to drive new business opportunities and create disruptive experiences
- Conduct market analysis and opportunity assessment for current and future products aimed at maximising revenues and margins
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in an IoT Product Manager role
- Experienced leader capable of influencing and inspiring cross-functional teams to challenge the norm and deliver innovative solutions
- Proven track record of delivering success stories in the IoT market – furthering performance, identifying and launching new capabilities
- Participate in thought leadership webinars, analyst briefings, and customer meetings.
- Ability to turn strategy into reality
- Ability to inspire people at a senior level across the business, the wider group and key external partners
